For digital print orders please allow 3 working days plus allocated postage time.
For silkscreen print orders please allow 10 working days plus allocated postage time.
Postage Times
Within Australia orders are sent by post. Please refer to individual items on the products page for postage delivery prices. Standard prices and lead times apply. Courier and studio collection options are also available within Melbourne. International orders are sent by Air Mail, dispatch takes 1 - 2 weeks but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Standard international shipping prices apply.
Payment
Orchis Morio uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). All major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express or direct payments are accepted through PayPal.
Silk Screen Prints
Due to the natural process of silk screen printing please allow an extra 10% for any print faults which may occur.
Fabric Bases
The organic hemp canvas is a heavy-duty commercial fabric that meets the AWTA Class 5 abrasion resistance standards. All hemp fabrics have been pre-washed and are softened with fruit-based enzymes. The digital prints are dyed onto a 100% polyester chiffon.
Care Instructions
Dry cleaning is recommended for hemp products with a 2% possible shrinkage. Continuous direct sunlight may cause prints to fade over time. Hemps can be vacuumed regularly using low suction and steam ironed. Chiffon bases can be cold machine-washed or hand washed, bleaching or tumble drying is not recommended.
